Five homemade ingredients for anti-wrinkle skin - natural alternatives to Botox

But who needs Botox when certain homemade recipes can do the trick? Below are five methods to say goodbye to fine lines and wrinkles, as well as, attain a healthy skin.

1. Rice water

a. 1/2 cup rice (any kind). Preferable is Jasmine or white rice.

Transfer it to an air tight container and store it in the fridge for upto 5 days.

2. Eggmask

A great mask to get rid of wrinkles, tightens pores, acne and gain a healthy looking skin.

What to use?
1 egg white

How to use?
a. Seperate the egg white from the yolk.
b. Whisk the white till it gets a foamy consistency.
c. Apply it on your face every once a week like a mask and let it sit for 15 to 20 minutes.
d. Rinse off with wam water.

When to use?
Apply the mask every once in a week for fine lines and twice every week for wrinkles.

Where to keep it after use?
Transfer the remaining to an air tight mini container and canstore it for upto 3 days in the refregirator..

3. Aloevera

1/4th of Aloe vera gel as a mask on your skin twice a week can reduce signs of aging and wrinkles on your face with multiple other skin benefits. Added benefits if you can drink a glass of it the first thing in the morning.

What to use?
Extract the aloe vera gel from the leaf and whisk it.

How to use?
a. Apply it on a clean face.
b. Let is stay for 20 to 30 minutes twice every week on a regular basis.
c. Rinse it off with warm water followed by cold water to close the pores.

Where to store?
The gel can be stored in for upto 7 days in the refrigerator.

4. Coconut oil

An inexpensive and easy method to get rid of wrinkles, signs of aging, marks and attain a healthy looking skin.

What to use?
Virgin coconut oil.

How to use?
a. Clean your face properly and and pat dry.
b. Take 3 to 4 drops of coconut oil on your finger tips and apply it on your face and neck.
c. Massage in circular motion for few minutes until the oil is absorbed completely.
d. Leave the coconut oil on the skin overnight.
e. Use it every night for best result.

5. Facial massage

This can be an alternative practice to stimulate circulation and reduce the appearance of wrinkles, giving you a healthy and glowing skin.

What to use?
The favourite oil or moisturiser that suits your skin.

How to use?
a. begin by cleansing the face and hands.
b. Apply the required amount of oil or moisturiser on your face and neck.
c. Massage it using different kinds of facial massage for 15 to 20 minutes using your hands on a regular basis.

When to use?
According to study, morning is the best time to perform a wrinkle-relieving facial massage. Everybody can practice it at least once every week.
